In addition to its central positioning in town and attractive exterior, two key elements drew BLVD Communities to acquire this community in 2018. The first is that the property renewed its HAP contract in 2015, guaranteeing the

site’s affordability through 2035. The second is that the site had recently undergone a renovation, with new modern kitchens and updated common areas. Nonetheless, two significant capital expenditures remained incomplete: a roof replacement and elevator modernization. In order to preserve the asset, BLVD Communities has successfully replaced the roof with a new energy efficient UV resistant TPO material and is in process of a full modernization of the elevator systems.
